Free Ground Shipping

2-Day Express
Available in the U.S. Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete Orders placed before 12pm ET for delivery within the contiguous U.S. will arrive within 2 business days Orders placed after 12pm ET for delivery within the contiguous U.S. will arrive within 3 business days Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take additional time Signature Required delivery option for 2-Day Express can be selected during the checkout process.

Overnight
Available in the U.S. Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete Orders placed before 12pm ET will arrive by the next business day Orders placed after 12pm ET will arrive within two business days Signature Required delivery options for Overnight can be selected during the checkout process.

International Shipments

All packages sent via United States Postal Services. Please allow 5 – 7 business days for delivery, not including time for customs’ processing or holds.

Duty and Taxes: The customer is responsible for all custom fees, including taxes, brokerage fees and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery. The carrier will collect these charges at the time of delivery.

Returns and Exchanges: The recipient will be fully responsible for all documentation, shipping charges and custom fees, including taxes, brokerage fees and any other fees assessed at the border with the return of the product. Please allow 4 – 6 weeks for refund or exchange to be processed.

Refusals: If the recipient refuses delivery, all charges related to the return will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

P.O. Boxes

Delivery to all U.S. and international P.O. Boxes is not currently available. (Some exceptions apply to international destinations.)

Multiple Shipments

Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling will be calculated based on the items included in each shipment. Additional charges for Overnight and 2-Day Express will apply to each shipping address.

Multiple Delivery Addresses on One Order

When an order is shipped to multiple addresses, shipping and handling will be calculated separately for each address. Additional charges for Overnight and 2-Day Express will apply to each shipping address.

Pre-Order Items

You will not be charged for pre-order items until they ship.

Return + Exchange Policy

Our Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We source our materials and select our factories to ensure the highest quality product. As such, we will accept any item with a manufacturing defect for exchange or return. Please note that garments require manufacturer's recommended care to be considered for exchange or refund.

Vyayama will accept returns or exchanges on items that are unused, unworn and have their original tags attached. Gift cards not returnable.

International Online Returns
For international returns, any customs or import duties, brokerage fees or taxes paid on return shipments that pass through customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event you refuse your package, you will be charged for any costs, duties, fees or taxes associated with shipping the package back to Vyayama. Exchange orders that ship via any expedited method, or outside the contiguous U.S., will be charged for shipping.

Vyayama will accept returns or exchanges on items that are unused, unworn and have their original tags attached. GIft cards are not returnable.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Inaccuracies on the website

Vyayama cannot guarantee that the content of the Site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times, nor can we guarantee that all the information is up-to-date. Although Vyayama strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the Site and its webshop, errors may occur. Vyayama may at any time amend the content of the Site and reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find an inacccuracy. In such case we will notify you by email and give you the option to update or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will automatically be cancelled.
